Retailers disappointed again

Retailers announced yesterday that holiday sales were disappointing again this year. So here is an idea for retailers:

Lower your expectations. Every year you throw a guilt trip on Americans because we don't buy enough during the holidays. If every year sales are below expectations, on what are you basing you expectations?

Don't ask me. I dropped out of Calculus in college when I decided to major in journalism.
