Squats, thrusts and world records

AFP/Getty ImagesOne interesting thing about the CNN Web site is that it offers a little box with "story highlights" at the top of each of its stories. I guess this helps readers decide if this is the story for them.

Below are the story highlights on a current news item:

• New Yorker Ahrita Furman, 52, holds 54 records; has held 144 in all
• Records include fastest mile balancing pool cue on finger
• New claim to be sent, with witness statements, to Guinness World Records
• Previous squat thrust record, without an elephant in sight, was 30

Here's the link to the story, which is part of the first blog I have ever written that includes the words "squat" AND "thrust."
