Apple, Volkswagen working on an iCar ... Really!

Apple Inc. and Volkwagen are discussing working together to create an "iCar" that would feature products from Apple in the car. So how many gigabytyes of memory will the engine have? Can I download turn-signal blinker tones at iTunes?

Actually, this is serious. And I bet it will be a big seller. Anything that starts with a lowercase "i" is pretty much a huge seller. People are probably starting to line up now with shirts that say "Steve Jobs + Fahrvergnugen = Nirvana."

What's next?

Maybe Apple will bring iTechnology to kitchen appliances. Or maybe it will work with a homebuilder to create an entire iHome concept, which will include Apple's state-of-the-art toilet, the iGottaGo.

Ok, I can see the demographic they are going for. But what about the rest of us with a little more, say, testosterone? Can we get like the Toughbook paired up with Jeep, or General Dynamics' Ironix XR, paired up with Hummer or something?
