A 2-year-old can really grip a Baby Ruth

Great moments in parenting:

My 2-year-old got his hands on a Baby Ruth candy bar Sunday when we were pulling through the checkout lane at the grocery store.

I believe a 2-year-old is never stronger than when he (or she) has a grip on some candy. Fortunately, because I am so extremely strong, I was able to pry his 2-year-old fingers off the candy bar while he screamed "MY CANDY!"

I noticed many people looking at us as we left the store. Admirers, I'm sure.

I remember watching my son eat some M&Ms for the first time. His eyes bugged out and he turned into a human vacuum cleaner. I'm convinced he could live on sugar alone if necessary.
