Kids and obesity: the Hindenburg report

The American Journal of Preventive Medicine, one of the few magazines that doesn't currently have Angelina Jolie on the cover, has an article this month about childhood obesity.

Guess what? Kids are getting fatter. It's a stunner.

According to the story, the collection of studies together suggest environmental factors and policies conspire to challenge the health of children in America.

"We have in our schools and communities a perfect storm that will continue to feed the childhood obesity epidemic," one economics professor said.

Including blogs that include photos of warm, delicious donuts.
