No, the tattoo is not a ferret

My column on tattoos from a few weeks ago didn't mention this warning:

People might not "get it."

Ask actress Evan Rachel Wood about it. She enjoyed filming the movie Across the Universe so much that she got a tattoo. And now, she's trying to cover it up.

"It's supposed to be a strawberry with leaves in the shape of a bird," she said, "but everybody says, 'Is that a ferret sticking out of an apple?"'

Nobody can figure it out, she told People magazine. But it's probably easier to figure out than her boyfriend, Marilyn Manson.
