Seriously, I'm not pulling your leg

A man allegedly steals someone's wallet. A woman decides to confront him, and she ends up getting screamed at and trying to avoid punches. The man also throws a bike at her, so I guess he's pretty strong.

That's when it turns into a scene from a Farrelly Brothers movie.

"I hear like a pop, and he pops his prosthetic leg off, and next thing I know I see this boot flying across my face."
