Sleep later ... it's good for you!

It cannot be time to get up yet.

You wake up from a deep sleep and groggily look at the alarm clock. It's 2:30 a.m.

Good to have more time to sleep. So you fall back to sleep for what seems like just a minute and the alarm goes off. It's 6:30.

That's such a horrible feeling. But hey, new research says you should turn off the alarm and go back to sleep.

"Rising early to go to work or exercise might not be beneficial to health, but rather a risk for vascular diseases," the study says.

I doubt that's really true. But here's something that I believe can damage a person's health:

When you wake up five minutes before the alarm is set to go off, and you just stare at the clock wondering whether you should just get up or wait until the alarm goes off.
