When to get personal on the résumé

Careerbuilder.com has a list of items on a résumé that annoy employers. Here's one:

Personal attributes
Listing personal information such as height, weight and age and providing photographs is a pet peeve for Heather Mayfield, vice president of training and operations for Snelling Staffing Services. "It is amazing that we still see this on the résumés of today, but they are out there."

Good point, especially about photos. Unless, of course, the photo you include features the boss in an incriminating position. In that case, include the photo and ask for a primo parking spot and an extra week of vacation.
