Celebrity plastic surgery: before and after

Some of them are pretty interesting, some are kind of sad, and some are kind of thought-provoking, as in, "Are Michael and La Toya Jackson the only celebrities to decide that a folded piece of cardboard, covered by a skin-like substance, can pass as a nose?"
I think that's the case, although some of the other photos show how plastic surgery can go wrong in other ways. It doesn't include Cher, probably because nobody can get a photo of her anymore.
