Girls should not hang out with boys

Teenage girls hanging out with teenage boys means bad news.

But not just in regards to teenage pregnancy. According to researchers, girls who have friends who are boys are more likely to use alcohol. And then, of course, there's a better likelihood of that pregnancy thing.

Read this sentence to yourself and try not to sound like the most boring teacher ever:

"Furthermore, genetically based analyses suggest that the correlation between adolescent/friend drinking was largely attributable to shared environmental effects across genders."
