Aloha means hello, goodbye and no complaints

This is a good place to be delayed.

A U.S. Department of Transportation study shows that airlines are generally about as on schedule as that friend you had in college who couldn't be trusted to show up for anything. The airlines tardiness and unreliability has led to a lot of complaints.

However:

Aloha Airlines finished best in the industry on consumer complaints, receiving none in November.

Should this surprise anyone? All of those flights are either headed toward or back from Hawaii. If your heading to the islands, you're too happy to complain about anything. And if you make it back a little late, that just buys you a little more time before the reality of your life sets in.
